The Premium subscription has two options. The first option is a 12-month annual subscription at a price of $49.99 per year. This annual subscription will automatically renew after 12 months unless cancelled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period and will be charged to your iTunes Account. When it is automatically renewed, the user will be charged $49.99 again for the next 12 months of the subscription. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

The second Premium option is for a monthly subscription at $4.99 per month. This monthly subscription will automatically renew after 30 days unless cancelled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period and will be charged to your iTunes Account. When it is automatically renewed, the user will be charged $4.99 again for the next month of the subscription. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
